Note: JV inquires does not mean we entertain all that inquire. Cash does not buy into this company we are private held corporation and JV inquiries will have to submit a resume and past success of business. A extensive background check is required a credit check past references, evaluation of past business. JV inquiries must have at least 6 months reserve funds or already established line of credit from a Leading US Bank to carry their side of the agreement and able to provide Proof of funds. Able to provide insurance verification have a registered company in the State doing business and Business filings must be in good standing. JV must also have been in a similar field of repair at retail locations servicing mechanical or technical installations of equipment, and able to manage technicians for the area. The JV must also maintain a Loss of Revenue insurance policy for 5M (five million dollars with WARP Robotics, LLP and WARP Services, LLC as the sole beneficiary. Client base is Here approximately 23,988 clients Nationally excluding Canada Each Area has locations that is untouched by WARP Robotics but we are able to do service in these store as agreed with our Vendor Contracts. WARP is looking for professionals, this is a high demand business that requires exacting leadership and ability to follow direction to the letter.
